With over 35 years of experience in business software, he is passionate about delivering practical solutions that help businesses improve efficiency, simplify operations, and achieve their goals. He believes that software should solve real business challenges, not create additional complexity, and continues to lead CYCOM with a strong focus on innovation, customer success, and the company’s core values.

With CYCOM since 1988, Aris is a co-founder of CYCOM Business Solutions Ltd, a member of the Board of Directors and the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his career at CYCOM, he has gained extensive experience in all business activities, in software development, software training and implementation, customer support and customer service management. His service as a manager in the Customer Service Department gave him a strong understanding of the business requirements of customers and the importance of providing high-quality services and software solutions. With more than 40 years of experience, he continues to contribute to the growth and stability of CYCOM through responsible financial leadership and strategic decision-making. As an experienced market business requirements analyst, he provides to the development department all his knowledge of current and future market requirements.

A co-founder of CYCOM, Costas leads Research & Development, bringing over 30 years in ERP, HR, business intelligence and software architecture. He has shaped the company's technology direction since day one, and drives the innovation behind SOFIA.

George leads CYCOM's Technical Support, making sure clients get fast, reliable help and that the team behind them keeps improving. He's passionate about turning customer feedback into real product improvements and building long-term relationships based on trust.

As a co-founder of CYCOM Business Solutions Ltd, George serves as Implementation Director and Manager of the Limassol branch. Throughout his 30 year career at CYCOM, he has gained extensive experience in software implementation, customer technical support, and user training. His strong technical knowledge and practical approach enable him to understand customers’ needs, guide them through the implementation process, and ensure they receive the training and support required to use CYCOM’s solutions effectively. He continues to contribute to the company’s success through his commitment to customer satisfaction, reliable service, teamwork, and the delivery of practical business solutions.
